What is the time frame for the resolution of Direct Deposits not going through to our employees accounts? When will the issue be resolved?

Same boat here... All the terrible modes of communication that QBO offers have been closed off. I'll likely end up writing paper checks and watch as the DD goes through creating another problem for me to deal with. I'm sure QBO payroll service prices won't be going down either...

Hello everyone,

 

Thank you for reporting this in the community. We have resolved the issue from this morning which prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. We expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.
