Enhanced Payroll Renewal & Direct Deposit for Vendors

We currently use the payroll service but have since gone with a 3rd party source to do payroll.  Do I still need the payroll function?  If not, do I loose any of the previous information that was already posted in QB? Also we use QB to direct deposit our mileage, do we still have to have the enhanced payroll for this function?  Also when trying to renew the enhanced payroll, it had an issue and I have tried to change the payment info on file, but the renewal still hasn't processed yet.  Is there a number I can call to have them process this if I still need the enhanced payroll function?

Yes, you still need to subscribe to payroll since it's a requirement for your vendor's direct deposit. On the other hand, the payroll information will not be removed even if you wish to discontinue the service.

 

You can update your payment method by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Find your subscription in the Products & Service list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, locate Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information.
  6. Select Save and close.

 

If you still can't update your payment information, I'd suggest reaching out to our phone support team. They'll be able to pull up your account and can discuss further with regards to changing your payment information.
