This is a known issue and is being worked on by our engineers. I would recommend reaching out to our Support, so they can get your account details and add it to the list of affected user. That way, we can quantify the number of affected users.
- Click on Help and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom.
- Copy and paste your question, and include this number: INV-40066.
- Select Continue.
- Choose Chat or Talk to a specialist.
