Error message when trying to subscribe to enhanced payroll for accountants

When you're trying to subscribe, are you doing it in a web browser or through the QuickBooks software?
Also, when this is displaying for you, does it give you any identifying information about the specific type of error it is? An example would be a numeric code or brief message explaining why the message is occurring.
