To display the Federal taxes form link again, you must confirm that your form is correctly set up in the Payroll Settings. I'll provide some insights below for you.
If you've confirmed that your Federal tax and General tax format are correctly set up in the Payroll Settings, it might take some time for the forms to appear because they're being prepared to ensure accuracy. Try accessing your QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) account in incognito mode, then revisit the Payroll Tax page center. Also, ensure to apply a filter for the Federal forms to locate it easily.
Furthermore, you can also check the Payroll Settings and turn on the Email notifications to ensure the link for Federal Taxes form will appear. Here's how:
- Go to Settings, and click Payroll Settings.
- Select the pencil icon and tick the Tax setup reminders.
- Then click Save.
