Intuit now saying you cant export the state payment till it processes. Since when? Its worked fine for 12+ years, now it doesnt for past 3 pay cycles.
Nothing changed. Still no NY payment showing up
Your concerns regarding the tax payment issue are understandable, Jn. Let me help clarify why this is happening.
It sounds like your account is on hold, which can prevent the export of payroll tax payments. Therefore, intuit requires that all tax payments for the current quarter be completed before processing payroll to ensure compliance and accuracy. This policy helps to prevent both overpayments and underpayments of taxes. Additionally, if there are outstanding balances from past quarters, this could affect your ability to export payroll.
As a workaround, i suggest waiting until the processing is complete before attempting to export, as the tax payment system is designed to block exports if the payment has not yet been processed or is not on schedule.
Once your payment has been processed, you can be able to export your data to QuickBooks Online.
