For the second week my payroll will not transmit. The error I continue to get is Payroll Liabilities and or its parent account is not correctly coded.

I have spent numerous hours on the phone with support and continue to be told the wrong information.

For the second week my payroll will not transmit. The error I continue to get is Payroll Liabilities and or its parent account is not correctly coded.

I know how important for your business to be able to run payroll seamlessly, @DSoto1.

 

I've looked into this further and confirmed that there's an ongoing issue where payroll is not mapping to correct accounts. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.

 

Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I suggest contacting our support team. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-57334.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then choose Let's talk.
  5. Select Chat with us or Have us call you from the next available expert.
