Form 1095 B

Hello there, Jan2019.

Welcome aboard to the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to provide additional clarification about the 1095-B form in QuickBooks Online.

Right now, the 1095-B form is not yet available through QuickBooks. However, you can run some reports to show the information that you need.

For the Social Security numbers, you can follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Reports.
  2. In the search bar, type in Employee and select Employee Details.
  3. Filter employees and click Run Report.

To run a report showing the total service-hours for each employee by month, follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel click Reports.
  2. In the search bar, type in Payroll and select Payroll Summary.
  3. Filter the date range to This month.

For additional insights into this, I'm adding the link I recommend:

https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/.

Please keep in touch with me here should you have additional questions. The Community always has your back.

Form 1095 B

Hi there, @Tray3.

Thanks for following up with us. Allow me to provide some assistance into this.

The link provided by my colleague @AlcaeusF, was provided for information about 1095s. The instructions provided about the reports are to help guide you in the right direction of seeing the data in QuickBooks needed for 1095. You'll need to file manually with the IRS. Below I've included screenshots on filtering the report as a visual guide.

If you're still having issues, please let me know. I'm here to help you every step of the way. Take care!
