From Estimate to Invoice

Hi togehter

Since today I have a problem to create a correct Invoice after creating an Estimate.

That mean that, after a client accept the Estimate, the connection between them doesn't work as usually. The text and the order is not at the right place. I don't know if there was an Update or not but I don't know how to fix it.

Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to get your invoices created successfully.

 

If you’re using the mobile app, you can refresh it to re-sync your app’s data. Let me show you how:

  1. Click on Help & Feedback.
  2. Click on Refresh Data.
  3. Select Yes on the pop-up.

Once done, you can close your app and open it again. 

 

And if you still can’t create your invoices using the app, let’s uninstall and reinstall your mobile app.

However, if you’re using a browser, let’s create your invoices using a private/incognito browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private/incognito browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once you’re successful in creating an invoice, you can clear your browser’s cache to offload some data. This way, your browser can be optimized and improve its performance.

 

If this doesn’t work, you can create an invoice using a different browser.
