Full Service Payroll Tax Impound Error

Are any other QB Full Service Payroll customers out there experiencing employee impounded Federal payroll tax being automatically posted to your chart of accounts 2x each pay period? This all of a sudden began happening around November 2020 and creates a double entry to your QB BS/PL and Cash Balance in QB.

I called QB months ago about this and was told that other customers had complained as well - and that I would get an email when the issue had been corrected. Months later, it is still going on and I have to painfully delete the double entry to balance the books each month.

Any one out there having he same problem?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I have already gone through these options with no success. However, I will be back on the line with QB Payroll to resolve.
