Allow me to share a few information so you can process payroll as soon as possible, 1RSP.

If you're using a regular QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you should be able to change the W-2 business address without any issues. 

For Full Service, Core, Elite, and Premium, you'll be prompted to contact our support team to help you do the changes. If you're using any of these subscriptions, you can follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.

I was able to change our 2020, W-2 business address already.  The problem is, when I’m doing payroll now, it won’t let me submit it.  It is giving me this error system error and it’s prompting me to call QB intuit online payroll. Is there a form I need to upload for you guys and update what needs to be updated on your end so I can proceed with payroll.  I’m running out of time here.  Please help.
