Has anyone else's payroll for Friday 04/30/2021 not gone through yet. Paycheck history says the direct deposit have been processed, but none have gone through.

Our's didn't either!!

Same problem here.  QB should at least let us know what is going on.  

Ours hasn't either. I created an online phone request first thing this morning and they said they'd reach out in 43 minutes and nothing. Now the "chat" and customer service option is "closed"?  What is going on QB!!?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
