Have you ever had your payroll put on hold?

QB put my payroll on hold and I've been fighting for 17 days and they just keep saying it's been escalated and nothing happens.  I can't run my payroll.

Have you ever had your payroll put on hold?

I understand that you're in a tough spot here, warriordirection.

We constantly review payroll transactions to help protect our clients and their employees. If you've noticed that your payroll account is on hold, it means there’s a transaction we’d like to look at. Your payroll account may also be on hold for insufficient funds.

When this happens, you'll receive an email that contains steps to fix any issues. Normally, we'll ask for additional information so we can complete the review process. To ensure that this will be taken care of, I'd still recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account in a safe environment and check the status of your case. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
