Hello: how can I correct a mistake in submitted payroll and print a new correct paystub for an employee?

Let me help share information about how you can recreate a payroll and print the pay stub for your employees.

 

To start with, you can delete, recreate, and print your employee's payroll if you only created a paper check. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Workers.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Under Run Payroll, select Paycheck list.
  4. Choose your employee's payroll with the incorrect data.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Click Delete Paycheck.

Once done, you can go ahead, recreate your employee's payroll, and print the stub with the help of this article: How do I create a paycheck for an employee?

 

But the payroll is a direct deposit one, you'll have to contact our Payroll Care Team so one of our specialists can help you recreate it. You can follow the steps below to contact our dedicated support:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Undo Direct Deposit Payroll in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a channel where you want to connect with our specialists.
