You can always get in touch with us to we can help you manage your subscription. Our Customer Support Team will walk you through the process of the situation we're experiencing now. Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. 
  2. From the Help icon, click Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern something like subscription discounts so you'll be routed to the right support. 
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose and select to either Chat, Call or Get a callback according to your convenience.

You may cancel your account for the time being and resubscribe it within 12 months. Otherwise, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with discounted price for up to 6 months.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it for every semester to minimize your cost.
