Hello Catherine. No, you cannot use two different bank accounts for direct deposits within a single Intuit Online Payroll account under one EIN. If you want to switch the account, you'll need to change it manually each time you do payroll.
To change the payroll bank account, click the Settings > Payroll Settings> Bank Accounts > edit (pencil) icon > Update > Add new bank account. Continue by searching your bank name. You might need to enter your online bank credentials. Otherwise, select Enter bank info manually > Save > Accept and Submit.
