You have to make sure you entered the correct email address in your QuickBooks account. Let me show you how.
- Click Company on the upper menu.
- Select My Company.
- Under Company information, verify if the email address is correct. You can click the pencil icon to edit some information.
- Click OK.
Otherwise, you can re-enter the payroll service key to refresh your payroll. Here's how:
- Click the Employees menu.
- Select My Payroll Service.
- Choose Manage Service Key.
- Click Edit to remove and re-enter the service key.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
