May I know what specific help you need? I can answer some general questions or concerns you may have about payroll. Simply click the Reply button below, and I’ll do everything in my power to assist.


If you wish to reactivate your Intuit payroll subscription, you have the ability to do so from within QuickBooks. Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to QBO.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the Payroll section, click Resubscribe or Update payment.

However, if you prefer to speak with someone over the phone, you can request a call from us by following the steps below: 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Help at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live agent.

They can pull up your account in a secure environment and answering any questions you may have.
