Hi my bookkeeper quit yesterday and i need to do payroll. I've never done it before. I need someone to help me step by step please

You got me, Carlacaskeysisk. I'll help you run your payroll.

 

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Click Workers.
  2. Go to the Employees tab.
  3. Click Run payroll.
  4. Select the pay schedule, then click Continue.
  5. Enter the hours worked if hourly employee, then select the Pay period, and Pay date.
  6. Click Preview payroll.
  7. Review the payroll, then click Submit payroll.
  8. Click Finish payroll.

Once done, you can print the paychecks
