In QuickBooks, you have the option to change your employee's information from their profile. Let me show you how.

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employee.
2. Locate the employee you want to make changes to.
3. Select the Edit pencil icon on the section you want to update.
4. Make necessary updates on their information, then click Done to save the changes.
