How can I cancel the "full service payroll" feature? It does not work well for me.

May I know which specific issue you're having with full service payroll? Are you getting any error messages? Any additional information will be much appreciated.

If you wish to proceed on canceling it, please refer to these steps:

1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings. 
2. Select Billing & Subscriptions in the left pane, then click Cancel at the top right.
3. ill out the online cancelation form and hit Submit.
