There are a few reasons why that transaction isn't showing up for you in the bank register. Sometimes a transaction has already been matched or reconciled. It could also have been listed in a different bank account.

If you're sure everything is correct and posted to the right account, I'd recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Payroll support. They'll be able to look at your account and figure out why that transaction is not showing up.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your issue, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
