How can I print 941 for 2020?

Hi there @deann3.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

Getting everything together for an audit can sometimes be challenging.  The good news here is that accessing your 941 forms is super easy.

If you have Intuit Online Payroll, you can access your 941 forms here:

  1. Go to Taxes & Forms.
  2. Select View Archived Forms in the Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms section, as appropriate.
  3. Choose the desired form.
  4. Select View.

If you have QuickBooks Online Payroll, follow these steps:

  1. From the Taxes menu, select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select View Archived Forms in the Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms section, as appropriate.
  3. Choose the desired form.
  4. Select View.

Let me know if you have any other questions about archived forms or anything else. I’m happy to help with whatever you need.

Nice to meet you, @kathy5775. I'm here to share some details about how to archive old forms.

Since you've mentioned that you don't have an archive form, it might be because you have automatic tax payments and filing turned off. You may  check your automatic tax payments and form filing status in this article.

Although, you can still archive your forms from prior periods.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Choose Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms, as appropriate.
  3. Select the desired form and the liability period.
  4. Then select Archive.

You can also refer to this article to give more details and what to put in mind about archiving an old forms: Archive old forms.

I've also added the following tell you more about form 941:
