How can i put the company name and address on the paycheck which generated from quickbooks?

Hello there, @songcao777-gmail.

 

Let me walk you through where you can update the name and work location of the paycheck in the Payroll Settings section in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner, then click Payroll Settings.
  2. Look for Work Locations under the Company and Account section and click on it.
  3. Click the address that you need to change.
  4. Enter the new address and click Save.
