Hello, Michael. I know you're trying to remove it yourself, but this one requires our payroll tax team to handle it on the backend. The TPA authorization gets registered at the state level, so even though you see it listed on Colorado's site, it works differently than a regular setting.
To reach them, click the Help (?) question mark icon at the top right, then type Contact. After that, select Contact Support Team from the options.
