Once you've posted a question in the Community, the program will automatically send you an email notification when someone answers your question. Please know that a no-reply email is a system-generated email.
Generally, this format is used to send notifications or transactional emails, such as receipts or shipping information. Many businesses also uses this type of email to prevent customers from flooding the email inbox with responses. If you reply to an address that is not accepting replies, then it will not be accepted, and you will get a notice that the mail you sent was not able to be delivered.
We'll have to sign in to the Community so that we can send a reply to the person who answered your post. Once you're in, click the Profile icon then select My profile. From the Post section, open the appropriate post and click the Reply button to send a message. When you're done, select Post.
