How can I set up my employee that I have been paying without Withholding Tax since July.

If you've already set up your employee in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to perform a payroll liability adjustment to correct his/her Withholding.

When it comes to this process, we advise our customers to reach out to our Payroll Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can help you with the adjustment.

Here's how to reach them:

1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our payroll support.
