It shows you how to do everything from creating a paycheck to adding, editing or inactivating employees. As far as initial set up, you can click the Employee tab on the left and click the green Get Started button.

I already have payroll but just got quickbooks online. I needed to see how i can transfer everything to quickbooks online from payroll. I dont want to be paying two quickbooks
Which payroll system do you have? If it doesn't support QB, you may export the data out and import them as JE in bulk. Utilize the trial period of TPImporter
