How do I add another business account to quickbook payroll

 I want to officially welcome you to the Community space, @hr-blanspr-com. I'd be glad to help you add another business to the QuickBooks Online account.

 

One company file is equivalent to one subscription. You'll need to sign-up for a new QuickBooks Online account to create another account for your business

 

If you want to put this company under your existing Intuit ID. Simply click on the Add another company button when creating another account. From there, you'll only be asked for an Email address and Password (you should be using the same email address).

 

Here's how to add a second account:

 

  1. Click the https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/ link. 
  2. Select your continent. 
  3. Choose your country from the list. 
  4. Click either Buy Now or Free 30-day Trial
  5. Choose your new QBO plan. Capture.PNG
  6. Click Add another company
  7. Enter your existing Intuit login credentials. 
  8. Follow the prompts to complete the signup process.

To switch between companies, here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner.
  2. Select Switch Company on the fourth column.

I'm here to assist you add another business account.

 

You will need to sign-up for a replacement QuickBooks Online account to make another account for your business.

If you want to put this company under your existing Intuit ID, log into your current company when creating a new account. Simply click on the Add another company button when creating another account.

Here are the steps to add a new business account:

1. In the first step go to this link and choose your country: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. After that select Buy now or Free 30-day trial.
3. Then select again from the same buttons under the subscription you want to avail.
4. Further on the Sign-up page, click the Add another company hyperlink.
5. Now enter the login credentials you always use and choose Add new company.
6. From there, you'll start fixing the new company.
7. Once you log in to your QuickBooks Online account, you will see the two companies and switch between them.
