Canceling an e-filed W-2 form requires access to your payroll account which we're unable to do it here in the Community without asking your details. I don't want them to be displayed here for security purposes.
That said, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and cancel the submission for you.
Here's how to reach them:
- In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.
