How do I cancel a workforce invite to a new employee for him to complete his info as a new hire?

It's good to see you here in the Community, @tammyshaw46.

 

I'm here to help cancel the Workforce invitation so your new employee can complete his information.

 

You'll have to turn off the Workforce access to cancel the invitation. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Payroll from the left menu, then select Employees.
  3. Choose the employee from the list.
  4. From the Actions section, choose Turn off Workforce access.
  5. Select Confirm.
