How do I cancel Enhanced Payroll and will I still have access to old tax forms and W-2's?

Hello, Ronb21.

 

You can archive your old tax forms for future use before canceling your account. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Monthly Forms or Annual Forms.
  3. Choose the desired form.
  4. Pick the liability period.
  5. Select Archive.

Once completed, you can proceed with canceling your payroll subscription. Here's how:

  1. Click Employees at the top.
  2. Select My Payroll Service then Account/Billing Info.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account log in to open the Account Portal page.
  4. Proceed with the process to cancel your payroll service.
     

You will no longer be able to access your old payroll forms and W2's once your account is canceled.
