After clicking 'cancel subscription', I get a message to reach out to support via help gear icon and there is only a green 'close' button in the cancel subscription window. I know you've called in before. However, a payroll agent has more tools to pull up your account and cancel it. Here's how:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter "cancel QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium subscription" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
