How do I change payroll bank verification phone number?

It keeps referring to my old cell phone number when it wants to verify. I've changed the number everywhere that I've seen. There must be some other place that I'm unaware of.

You can update your phone number to do changes in your verification number and keep your account secure. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then choose User Profile.
  2. Select Security.
  3. Choose Edit in the Phone section, then select Change next to the phone number.
  4. Enter the new number and the password, then Save.
  5. Select how you want to confirm your contact information by selecting the following: Text message or Voice callthen choose Continue.
  6. Confirm by entering the code, then select Done.

You'll also want to change your email address, user ID, or password to update your information.

How do I change payroll bank verification phone number?

I have the same problem and I have done everything that was recommended in the previous post.  I have spent hours on the phone with support and STILL NOTHING has changed.  All my info in my profile is correct but when I try to change something in payroll, the verification number for the security key is still showing my old number that I no longer have access to.  VERY FRUSTRATED, PLEASE HELP.

Updating your phone number is one of the things they can do for you since they'll be able to look into your account in a secure environment.
