We can edit the payroll date if it is not yet submitted in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me show you how:
- On the Preview Payroll page, click the Back button.
- At the top of the screen, change the paycheck date. Select the Preview Payroll button to complete the check.
- Tick the Submit button to submit the paycheck.
