Please note that we are already in the process of finalizing the modification with the state. Once this is done you'll be notified and instruction on how it will be fixed will be included if your actions are needed otherwise, QBO will automatically update them for you.
These upgrades will give the most up-to-date and accurate rates and calculations for the state and federal tax tables, payroll tax forms, e-file, and pay choices that are supported.
In the meantime, you can contact payroll support. This way they can assist you on updating your SDI rate for California.
To contact, these are the steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
