If you've already paid your FUTA taxes, you can record prior tax payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This will help remove the tax notification in your account.

I dont see the enter prior tax history tab or button or anything resembling that...

An incomplete employee's information can be the cause why enter prior tax history link isn’t showing. To fix this, make sure that your payroll setup includes all your employee's information, especially the tax details.
Let's go to the payroll settings and check if all you have set up the state and federal taxes. Simply click the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
Also, you can go here:
1. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
2. Click on the employee's name and click Edit employee.
3. From there, verify if the Pay, Profile, and Employment data have been entered.
