Join nowHello, I would like to total all my daily time activity entries by category each month so that I can create an invoice that has only a small number of billable time entries for my clients. Does anyone know if there is a feature in QBO that will do this or an app (e.g. Tsheets) that will summarize all time entries by month?
Thank you!

Hello, johnfk.
Yes, there's a feature for that in QuickBooks Online. I'd be more pleased to show you how to consolidate your time entries.
You can consolidate your time entries by grouping them by service when invoicing your customers.
Be sure to show the service when entering the time if you haven't done so already. On the weekly or single timesheet screen, click the Gear icon then check Show service. This will let you assign a specific service to your entries.
I'd also suggest editing your time entries if you haven't added a service for them yet. Simply go to Sales, select a specific customer, then open the Time Charge transactions.
You might also want to check our articles for guides. They also contain information on what else you can do in QuickBooks Online.
I'd be glad to answer any future questions you have for QuickBooks Online. Visit this thread again and I'll be there to help.
