Currently, creating a rule for repetitive trips in QuickBooks Online isn't available. I'll take note of your suggestion as it helps our engineers determine what features to be added in QBO future enhancements.

In case you want to categorize your mileage after you reach your destination, here's how:
- Go to the Mileage or Trips menu.
- Locate the trip.
- Choose Business or Personal for the type.
- Select the vehicle you used.
- Review the details.
- If you need to edit the location or distance, select More ▼ and then Edit. Make your changes and then click Save.
