How do I delete old tax payment prompts. They have been manually filed and paid.

I’d be glad to guide you on how to delete your old tax payments, @finance.bym.

Just a few steps and those prompts won’t bother you anymore. Let me show you how in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select Payroll tax.
  3. Click View tax payments you have made under Taxes.
  4. Select the name of the tax payment.
  5. From the drop-down, select Delete.
  6. Then simply click Yes to confirm the deletion.

You can also refer to this article for more details about the process: Delete a tax payment.

Let me also share this article that you can utilize for future reference. This link provides steps by steps process in paying your taxes seamlessly: Pay and file payroll taxes online.

In case you have other questions about taxes in QBO, you’re always welcome to leave a reply on this thread. I’d be more than happy to assist you. Have a good one!
