Just in case, here's a reference if you've subscribed through the mobile apps: Cancel a QuickBooks Online subscription purchased through an app store.
Once canceled, you can still access your data as read-only for a year so you can get back to it whenever you need to resubscribe. I'd also recommend printing forms and reports as you might need them in the future.
