I'll make sure you get copies of your 941 quarterly form that you filed in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As long as these 941 forms are archived in QBO, you can view and print copies if you need them. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Taxes menu, then select Payroll Tax.
- From the Payroll Tax Center, choose the Filings tab.
- Tap on the Archive button.

- Filter the dates under Archived Forms to display the last year's filed forms.
- Tap on View. You can either download the form in PDF format or print it.
