I didn't file 941 returns for several quarters but I did pay the liabilities, how can I file the 941s for the quarters that I didn't file the returns for?
Thanks for joining this thread, paul84.
If you need to file 941 forms from previous quarters, you can obtain copies of them from the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) website. Afterwards, you can manually enter your information on the form using information from QuickBooks.
Once you're finished, you can manually submit your forms to the IRS. You can check their website or contact them for detailed steps on how to submit forms.
I've also included a detailed resource about filing tax forms which may come in handy moving forward: Pay/file payroll taxes & forms electronically
Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely day!
