I'm here to share some insights with you regarding editing contact information in your 940 tax form in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, Klewis3.
If you haven't filed your 940 form yet, please note that the data on it is derived from your payrolls and company information within QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once prepared using the software, you cannot directly edit or add contact information to Form 940. This form, which reports the annual Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) tax, automatically uses information from your QBO company settings and payroll data.
