How do I edit the business name/address on the printing part of a payroll check? it says "no name company" with my address below it

You can set up your company and legal name in QuickBooks to ensure it appears correctly on employee paychecks, laihacolbert.

 

To make your company name appear on paychecks, you'll need to edit the company and legal name in the Account and Settings section.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Settings, then select Account and settings.
  2. Navigate to the Company tab from the left menu.
  3. Locate the Company name section and click Edit.
  4. Input the necessary changes and click Save and Done.

 

Once you've completed this setup, your company name will automatically display on both existing and future paychecks.
