We can't set a specific date to end your QuickBooks Online subscription. You can always cancel it at any time.
Click the Gear icon, on the upper right corner.
Under Your Company, choose Account & Settings.
On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel ( for a paid subscription) or Cancel Trial ( if you are using a trial)
Click Continue to Cancel, then click Continue to Cancel button again.
Lastly, answer the exit survey questions ( to help us make QuickBooks Online better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.
Then you will receive an email confirmation that your QuickBooks Online subscription plan is canceled. However, you can still access your earlier data if you resubscribe within a year. After 12 months you can still resubscribe but, the data will no longer be available.
