How do I enter employees hours and jobs on a daily basis on QB online?

You can use the QuickBooks Online Timesheet to enter the employee hours and jobs @rosiefitzcon11.

Let's create project first to tracks your jobs in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Projects menu, and click New project.
2. Fill in the information, then select Save.

Once done, you can create now the Timesheet for the employee.

Let's simply follow these steps:

1. Select the New menu.
2. Under the EMPLOYEES tab, click Weekly Timesheet.
3. On the upper left hand of the page, select the employee using the drop-down list.
4. Under the DETAILS section, select the project.
5. Tick the box for the Billable (/hr), then enter the amount.
6. Below the day section, enter the hours of the employee.
7. Click Save and New.
