Hi there, @furbabieshpc.
If Intuit files your forms, you can view or print them approximately 35 days after the quarter ends. For manually filed forms, they will be available in the archive only if you have archived them in the application. However, based on your statement, I can see that you're looking at your archived payroll tax forms. Therefore, you can follow these steps specific to 1099s filed in QuickBooks:
- Go to the Taxes menu and select 1099 filings.
- Select Archived from the Status dropdown.

- Select View 1099 to see a PDF copy.
If you don't see the archived or previously filed 1099, please contact us to obtain a copy. For manually filed forms, you can either run a contractor-specific 1099 report in QuickBooks as a reference for what you have filed or directly contact the IRS to get a copy.
Additionally, I've included an article that will help you understand the different 1099 forms and prepare for the next tax season: Get Answers to Your 1099 Questions.
Please let me know by adding a comment below if you have any other questions about 1099s, @furbabieshpc. I'm just a few clicks away from assisting you again. Have a good one!
