Re: How do I find an explanation for "Payroll Correction" I cannot manually override this adjustm... answers were of no help to me. I want to find out what this adjustment is and why it reduced my employee's pay by $20.10.

Hi @krodman,

QuickBooks automatically calculates taxes if the previous paychecks had an over or under deduction. And let me redirect you to the best support available who can help you with this further.

To identify the adjustment, you can check the previous paycheck of your employee. That way, you can verify if there's an over or under deduction that causes the adjustment.

To correct the payroll details, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Team. I understand that you've already contacted them before but they're the best support group to update the payroll details.

To reach them, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague juVielL above. You can also check out this article for your reference: Contact the QuickBooks Online Customer Support Team.

Please know that you can always get back into this post if you have more questions. I'll keep an eye out on your response.
