Thanks for reaching out to us about the payroll conversion issue you experienced. I want to help figure out why your reports don't match and it shows no data.
The payroll information imported to QuickBooks Online during the conversion process is limited. Some information isn't imported to the system since Desktop has more payroll features than Online.
